User Privileges

I have a form that allows users to loggin, but I want to create privileges so
that the form has access to certain fields for different users; such as
approving and locking.

Thank you Chris, I'll read the info... I have a question though... if I have
a lock/unlock button, can I be able to set a password in the form to allow
only one person perform that function? If yes, how? :O)
