User profile location

I restored my previous hard drive to a new one. Now when
I start Outlook 2002, it comes up with the message about
the user profile in a new location and recreating
shortcuts.

When I agree, it starts a new pst. When I disagree, I can
access my folders, but they are doubled. What should I do
to get rid of the message and make it well?
