user/program accesibility

I need to know how to allow other users the use of a
program that only opens or runs with the administrator.
I'm the administrator and can use it when I'm logged on,
but when the other users log on to their accounts, the
program doesn't exist.

Posting this question to a Newsgroup discussing the Operating system you
installed the program on would get you a better answer about "profiles"
and program access permissions.
