User Prompted for Authenticaton

I have a 1 user who is prompted for authentication using a domain account
when accessing Project 2003 Web Access.

This individual has successfully logged on previously without the logon
prompt coming up.

Although, even though he is promted for authentication, if you hit cancel,
the homepage still comes up, and the user is bombarding with continous
prompts.

Hope this is clear and I appreciate any insight into this issue.

This is generally caused by either the project server is nolanger part of his
trusted sights or the user authentication setting in IE for the trusted
sights is not set to use current user and password. in IE
Tools\internetoptions\connections\trusted sites\custom\user authentication\.
