User Registration Question

Hi all,

I recently sold my previous TabletPC. I had Office 2003 installed on this
machine. I uninstalled it before turning it over to the chap who purchased
it. All's great, right? Nope, he sent an email last week saying that he
installed a copy of Word and it shows the product is licensed to me.

What does he need to do to have show him as the licensee?
