User security right assignment in Outlook BCM 2007

Hello,

We installed BCM 2007 in our small local office. But we can not find how to
assign security, access edit, delete, change rights to specific users in
order to use application effectively? When we review BCM 2007 information in
this site, we realized that BCM 2007 has enhanced security features in multi
user environment but we are not able to discover how we should make this
happen?

Any information or suggestion will be greatly appreciated.

BCM does not support roles and permissions--all users see and edit all
data. For those types of features you'll have to move to a more
powerful product like MSCRM.
