User see XML code instead of opening Infopath

I have several forms on a sharepoint site. When I open the forms, it
activates infopath and comes right up. When anyone else opens the form it
comes up in XML format on a browser screen.

I assume this is a browser based form, correct?

Are other users using FireFox? Do they have InfoPath installed?

Currently it is not possible to launch InfoPath if IE is not installed on
the local computer. You can set the document library settings to display as
web page. This will render form in the browser unless the user specifically
tries to render in the client using the OPENIN=client URL parameter i.e.

http://server/documentlib/myform.xml?openin=client

InfoPath server will open the form in the browser if the user agent does not
contain InfoPath.2.

If you set the display as property for the document library to open in
browser then creating a hyperlink as mentioned below is not nescessary. Also
you can't make that hyper link in a document library.
