User still recieves notifications from deleted projects

No takers?

Users are being notified that they have work starting soon. Sadly, the
projects referred to have been deleted.

This usually indicates that you have orphaned assignment records in the
database. You can locate and destroy these using SQL queries, but I don't
have these handy to provide to you.
