User tracking on server 2003 active directory

I am looking for some help in setting up user tracking on
server 2003 which will give me user name time/ date of
log in and log off.

I have setup Active directory and users can authenicate
and also setup mmc with security snap in. When a user
authenicates on the Domain I see only the workstation ID
under user but never the Users sign in name.

Can some one help tell me how to get user name instead of
workstation ID name. All my users are romers
