Userform Listbox selection change

I have a UserForm with two ListBoxes. The first ListBox contains a list of
Employee Names, the second ListBox contains a list of Clients. Each Client
is assigned to one Employee.

I want the user to be able to select one Employee from the Employee ListBox
and have that limit the list of Clients in the secons ListBox based on
Clients assigned to the selected Employee.

I can't figure out how to detect a change to the selection in the Employee
List box to trigger a refresh of the list of the Clients in the second list
Box.

Any ideas on how to detect a change in selection in a listbox on a UserForm?

You want a dependent dropdown list for your ListBox. L0ook here:
