Hi !

I'm a little new to this version of VBA Office 2003 and am having problems
trying to create and remove a custom commandbar button from the File Menu
commandbar.
Managed to create it but can't seem to remove it !
How do i locate and remove the custom button, which can have various
different names (it's used to indicate the department selected for workgroup
templates)

Hi Glenn

would suggest that when you create it, you give the Tag property some value
or other. Then you can go through the controls collection of that menu until
you come to the one whose Tag property matches what you set, and then delete
the control.
