I'd like to create a userform for my physician wife who is using Dragon
Natually Speaking Voice Recognition to create her patient files in Word 2003.
If I create this userform with fields like "firstname" and "lastname" where
she types in the names in the proper boxes and then during her voice dication
whenever she says "first name" within the document how can I get Word to
substitute the dictated first name with the proper bookmarked value?
IOW, if the userform sets firstname = Tom and she dictates "I had the
pleasure of seeing first name in my clinic.... " can I get Word to substitute
Tom for the text first name in the sentence?
Do I need to create an autocorrect entry, like first name, which will then
be substituted with the bookmark { firstname }?
Is there a better way to think about this?
Thank you,
Phil
