UserForm

In a design form, I can see the X (close) icon on the
right, but the (_) minimized icon cannot be found.

Can I use userform minimized properties, if not, how to
set the startup position of the form to the bottom of the
screen or do i need to determine the window position, how
to do that using VBA?
