UserFrom from pc file will not open in Excel 98 Mac.

I get a message saying "Unable to create embedded object" when I try to
open the userform in the Visual Basic Editor.

I cannot open the userform which is in an Excel 97 (pc created file)
when opened on my Mac running Office Excel 98.

Recently I was able to open the userform in some files. Sometime the
user form has no text (labels) on it.

Any idea of what is going on?

Does it open in later versions of Excel for Windows? ie, 2003?

If it does, just try doing a SAVE AS, name it something different, and the
copy that newly saved file to your mac, inwhich may now open.

I did get it working. I think originally, I did not have all of the
extensions loaded on my Mac.
