Username as default document name?

I would like to have the fault "document1" open up with the username as the
document name.

I have been able to devise a macro that re-names the current document with
the user's name, however I cannot make this happen on opening Word. I have
loaded the macro from the /m command line switch or as the autoexec macro.
It seems as if the macro loads before the default document is opened so
nothing happens.

You have to wait until a document is actually open.
