Username in PWA not displayed in user account dropdown. HELP!!

Hi,

I have an issue with an account in PWA 2003

I deleted a user from PWA and recreated the account. I also received a
confirmation that the account was created sucessfully. To check his account i
checked the dropdown list of account names, but found that his name was
missing.

Assuming that his account was not created properly, when i recreated it, I
went ahead and tried to create it again. But now the system says his account
already exists. but i am not able to see his name in the list.

Anyone who can help me with an solution for this as to why this happened and
how this can be resolved would be of great help.
Without having his name listed there i am not able to check or delete his
account. And user is not able to access PWA as of now.
