Username Question

Can a Username be used in reports and forms? Database will be used by
several individuals and would like for their name to come up on forms and
reports when using database. Could you please provide sample? Thank you
very much in advance.

I looked up Username in this forum and found reference to
www.mvps.org/access/api/api0008.htm. from Dev Ashish. I followed the
instructions but it is not working. I tried using it in one of my reports
and I get an error message. I put control box on report design =fOSUserName
and I tried =GetUserName does not work can someone please help me with this?
Please provide sample. Thank you.

When referencing a function in a control source for a form or report, there
are a couple of things required. First, the function must be a Public
function in a standard module. Next, you have to have the = sign in front
and parens in back:

=GetUserName()
