Username Questions for Outlook 2k3 & exch2k3sp2

Hi,
I have a domain which is configured to profide users with access to their
email over:
-Outlook (when connected to LAN)
-Outlook (using RPC over HTTPs)
-Outlook Web Access (/exchange)
-Outlook Moble Access (/oma)

One of the comments I get a lot is that users are requred to type in their
full email address to properly authenticate. Is there a document that can
explain what the configuration settings need to be to allow a user to
authenticate without having to use the full '(e-mail address removed)'. These users
would prefer to just type the 'user' part.

TIA

Better ask in an Exchange newsgroup.
