Username

I am trying to set up a system whereby all Microsoft Office documents
printed are printed with the username and date embedded in the
document. We have 1500 students who all use the same mandatory roaming
profile and we would prefer for it to remain this way and not have
1500 individual roaming profiles created. Can anyone assist with the
best way to achieve this.
