userproperties in foderlist - they are not there

In ol2000 I have been programming copiing from one userproperty to a new userproperty.

The vba has been succefull with the very serios expection, that the userproperties are not included in the folderlist which means, that the information can´t be used.

After this program it is not even possible by hand in a view or folder to create a new userproperty - to be shown and used. The userproperty is again cretaed but not shown.

Is it nessessary to start outlook from scratch??
