Users and groups

I did as suggested below. It now ask for the password.
Now I am trying to delete some of the users and groups
but when I click on the users and group accounts
everything is grayed out and when I try to run the
security wizzard it says I must me a member of the admins
to secure the database even though I signed in as admins
