Users are unable to stay connected to BCM

Hello,

I have been working this issue for awhile now and am stumped....

All of the users cannot stay connected to BCM specifically they get an error
when accessing the history func. that says not available.

What I have had them do is, connect to a dummy local db then re-connect to
the server db. This works for less than a day and they have to go thru the
connect again.

I have also been running a checkdb and a re-index on their db to no avail.

I am at a loss as what is causing this problem

any ideas appreciated..
