User's can Change PWA Homepage

Hi everyone,

I have installed MOPS2007 at a client with the intention of allowing
Project Managers full Sharepoint rights to their respective project
workspaces. I have setup the Project Server Project Managers
Sharepoint group to include all rights under Manage Site, but for some
reason Project Managers are able to make changes directly to the PWA
Home page.

Any idea what the issue may be? Have I setup the structure of the Web
Application and SSP incorrectly?

Thanks again.

People can change the page for themselves. Administrators can make changes
that apply to everyone.

Thanks Gary. I understand the difference between PMs and
Administrators, unfortunately Project Managers can currently make
changes to the PWA Home Page that have enterprise-wide affects (i.e. a
Project Manager adds a tab behind the PWA Home Pages tab and its
available for everyone to click on.). This shouldn't be the
functionality.

Any other ideas?
