Users Can Not log in

Dears,
I have a strange problem where all my windows authentication users can not
log on , they are prompted to enter their user and password in a dialogue box
at the third time a new page appear saying that you are not authorized to
access this page ? the starnge thing is that me and 2 of PMO users can access
the PWA easiely and the other users are given the same permissions for PMO
users but they are not allowed to access vis PWA.

Your problem description does not give many details to work on, so
here are a few suggestions from similar complaints in our
organization:

1. Did it work before? What changed? Could it be IE browser settings?

2. Have you tried the option "Log on using your Microsoft Windows user
account"?

3. Why do all users have PMO permissions? Sounds dangerous to me. Or
did you do this for testing? I once had a similar issue, where it
turned out one specific permission was on 'Deny" which is stronger
than just leaving the box unchecked.
