Users cannot open new form from published template on shared netwo

I have created a form template, and published it to a shared network folder
for use by my colleagues. They all have access to this folder. However,
when they try and fill out a new form, it gives an errorr message: "InfoPath
cannot open form. Access Denied. Contact System Administrator".

Not sure what to do and have limited IT support. Thanks.

Hey Lauren,
I know you've already stated that your users have access to the share
direcory so forgive me for the mundane quesions

1: Can your users access the share via windows explorer
2: Can your users create a file in the share
2: what level of access do your users have to the InfoPath form template?

Thanks for the response...hoping to get to the bottom of this, so I'll
answer any questions...

1 - Yes
2 - Not sure (will check w/ somone as soon as my office opens)
3 - The default security level...

Do you think it has something to do w/ the level of access to the shared
folder?

Update - the form is now accessible. It was a security issue with the shared
folder. Everyone has to have full administrative rights in order to access
the template.
