Users can't access Project Professional because of trusted site is

We're having problems with users being able to access Project Pro while in
Web Access - they can't click on the projects and have them open. The error
is that the site isn't listed as a trusted site. However, we have set it as a
trusted site in one user's profile on the box, but the next person who signs
on doesn't keep it as a trusted site. Anybody have knowledge about how to
correct this?

Additionally, we can't keep the ActiveX settings to enable from one user to
another on the box in the same way.

Trusted sites are set by user profile, not by machine, unless you have a
method for managing profiles. I hope this explains the behavior you're
seeing.
