I've had a lot of users switching domains recently. As you can imagine, this
has resulted in accounts not working properly.
I understood how to fix this in 2003, but I can't seem to make it work
properly in 2007. When, I change the logon account in 07, i get errors.
Setup:
I have an AD group that PS syncs with. As part of this domain move, the old
accounts are still active a few weeks. So, I have the old AD account and the
new one in there. If I change the old AD display name, then no errors occur
and the new AD account is synced. Then, the plan is to do a resource
substitution. Will the resource substitution bring in all of the old tasks,
etc.
Any other ideas? Thanks.
*btw if you're having this issue in 2003, then there is a good explanation
of how to do it on a thread from 04/20/2006.
