Microsoft's Mindshare (sub)site, http://www.microsoft.com/mindshare, has a
"find user group" feature -- it is, as you might expect, limited to user
groups that deal with Microsoft products (but they don't have to be
_exclusively_ dealing with Microsoft products). The Association of PC User
Groups, http://www.apcug.org is another good place to start.
