Users lose permissions when log off database

I have a database at work that I am using Duane Hookom's DHQBF, which works
extremely well. It is a secured database, and I have given access to the
DHQBF to all users so that they can pull some information from certain
queries. However, I have to re-assign permissions for them to use the <My
Query> everytime that they log into the database. Is there anyway that I can
assign permanent permissions for them to use the <My Query> ? without giving
them access to all queries in the database.
Any suggestions would be most helpful.

That's pretty odd. I'm wondering if you have "compact on close" set.
