users modifying personal info in pab

I have Windows 2k Ad and exchange 2k enterprise, I want users in my company
to be able to modify only their personal info ( account info ) in personal
address book within outlook, how can i do this?

The Personal Address Book is just that, personal. That means the user can
change anything they want in it. There's no way to change that behavior.

But in pab users see AD users account looking for Telephone nombres,
locations an so on, and because of frecuently changes we want users to be
able to change this kind of AD info ( only their info ).

No, they see data stored in the PAB. If you want people to be able to change
their AD information, that's completely another matter. See
