User's msn contact in another user's OE contact

I just want to ask this question regarding outlook express contac
relates with MSN. The case is in this computer has 2 users, thus tw
different user name in outlook; let's say user name called alice an
michael. One day alice login into MSN and didn't logout, then michae
login into outlook express and under contacts area, he saw alice'
contact because alice didn't logout. My question is how when michae
login into outlook express but won't able to see alice contact i
outlook express even her msn not logout
