I'm having a small problem with issues risks and documents. Only the people
who are assigned to a task within a project are allowed to view and use risks
issues and documents within that project. If they are assigned to the
project but do not have a task at this time, they will not have permission to
view risks issues and documents.
Does this sound right? Do I have something wrong with my configuration?
Can someone explain the reasoning behind this logic?
