Users receive duplicate emails

When individual emails are sent from Outlook 2003, everyone receives their
email without any problems, but when they are posted as part of a group list
everyone receives the same email twice, sometimes few minutes apart.
There are no more than 25 Email addresses per distribution list. The user
account and distribution lists have been deleted and recreated few times with
the same results, two Emails every time.

Obvious things like having a group list within a list have been checked. The
account settings appear to be ok (it works perfectly ok for individual
Emails).
Can anyone venture a suggestion as to what may be causing this duplication
and how to stop it?

I do not have the answer to your problem but I am experiencing the same issue. I was wondering if you were able to find a fix?
