Users Redirected from Tasks Page to Home Page

When 2 or 3 of our users click on any screen that has
grids, they are automatically redirected to the home
page. We have implemented the fix detailed in the MS
Knowledge Base (excluding the MSADC path from Windows
SharePoint Services) and this did not fix anything. I
believe it has to have something to do with the user's
system configuration.

Also, these users have the latest version of MDAC.

Any ideas? I'm pretty desparate. I've been looking for a
solution to this for weeks.

Popup blockers or other web acceleration or protection software installed?

These users do not have popup blockers installed, or any
other add-ons, as far as they know. By "protection"
software, do you mean anti-adware programs?

Everyone's running Windows XP Professional. Everyone's
running fairly new computers. What other specs do you
need?

What do you mean by environment and distribution? I'm not
an IT person.

Anything that affects the browser. You're certain the browser version is
current?

Installing MDAC 2.8 solves this problem.

*We have a user that just started having a similar problem. Clickin
on any of the PWA pages redirects him back to the home page afte
acting like it is loading the page (tasks, updates, etc.) H
installed XP SP2 - any idea if this might cause problems wit
project?
