Users show as offline.

Good morning,

We have an installed base of about 20 users and I have a couple of
users who are online in their machines but show as offline in some
(not all) other users lists. They can work normally, post and send
messages which are seen and rec'd by the other users but they continue
to show as offline. It is somewhat consistant but not 100%. Can anyone
tell me what to look for to solve this issue.

Online presence is among the lowest priorities for Groove, behind updating
your workspaces and sending IMs.

Users appearing offline can be caused by a number of factors, including (but
not limited to):
- oversized workspaces
- high network utilization
- large number of Groove users synchronizing large workspaces;
- incorrect upgrades.
