users status changed to inactive

I used AD Synch to update the users in project server 2003. The users list
was updated but all the users have inactive status and the User_AD GUID box
is unchecked in all. Is there a way to change the status to active for all
the users without having to do this one user at a time? I have over 600 users
to change.
