Users submitting proposals can't see status

Once a user creates a proposal and hits save they can no longer see the
status of their proposal. What rights do I have to give them to be able to
see their proposals?

Can you be a little more specific? When you say they don't see the status,
do you mean the State field is no longer visible when in the edit summary
data? Or do you mean the proposal disappears from proposals list or do you
mean something else?

Sorry, I was a little unclear. The issue is that once they submit the proposal they lose site of the proposal all together. They are all set up as team members so may not have the rights to see their own proposals

Have you give team members access to the proposals page? Are they
attempting to find the proposal under Project Center? If so, it could be
that you have filtered out proposals somehow from the Project Center views
which are available to the Team Members. I would check that first.
