We are getting some wacky stuff - nobody is altering any records, but when
you start to work online and BCM syncs, you see that 3,000 conflicts pop up
from records have been "changed" and the changes identified are phone
numbers without parentheses on the area code to phone numbers with
parenthesis on the are code. None of the three useres have changed thier
stinking formats of thier phone numbers, but somehwo BCM is picking up
conflicts and halting the sync process to ask the user that is syncing to
resolve each. If you choose to resolve all conflicts in the same way by
taking the server version, the user loses the legitimate changes they have
made since the last sync. BOZO programming.
