Users view all projects, save only some of them

Hi

I would like to have this security.
For specific users I need to asign them the right to view all projects (
open in Pro Prof 2003, view in PWA 2003 ), but allow them to save only some
of them.

Is it possible? If yes how?

If you want the users to be able to open their own projects Read/Write and
open everyone else's projects Read-Only, then complete the following steps:

Complete the following steps:

1. Log into PWA with administrator permissions
2. Click the Admin menu
3. Click the Manage users and groups link
4. Click the Groups link in the sidepane on the left
5. Select the Project Managers group and click the Modify Group button
6. In the Categories section, select the My Organization category
7. In the Permissions grid, set the Open Project option to Allow
8. Click the Save Changes button
