You can use both if you want. When you install Pub 98, be sure to a custom
install and install it into a different folder, say publisher98, so it won't
overwrite Pub 2003. Also, it may be that Pub 98 defaulted to *.html files

attention to that. Both will work, but if you are writing any absolute
links, be sure to note the difference. Also be sure to back up your Pub 98

I have most of my pages and sections in my site produced by individual Pub
files, so I can more easily manage it. If you understand this concept, then
you will understand how to use both Pub 98 and 2003 to produce different
