using a concordance

Help! I have a humongous table of cases to cull from a
humongous document. Is it possible to create a table of
authorities by using a concordance? I've used a
concordance to create an index and it is very speedy in
marking the document to be indexed -- works like magic!
Now, I'm wondering if I can speed up creating a table of
cases. Any advice?
