Using a Control to turn off/on Layers?

New to visio and this arena. I inhereted a data center drawing with a lot of
information including the electrial layout of the floor plan. The electrical
page has each breaker panel as a separate layer and all layers are displayed.
I would like to add a double click event to the breaker panel shapes to
close all the layers except the one that belongs to this panel.
Is this possible? If so can someone provide directions.
