using a macro to mail a form

i have created a form that i would now like to mail to a colleague

I have created an onupdate macro which is associated with a field in the form..trouble is, when i open the mail the format of the form is lost and all in the info is put into the same format as the table

Is it possible to keep the same format as the form when mailing.
