Using a memo field in InfoPath forms connected to Access or SQL da

Is there some sort of (non-programmer) way to use memo fields in InfoPath
forms and then store the data in a memo field in Access or SQL? Apparently
this is not supported, but it is such a MAJOR limitation that someone must
have found a way to do this!

Yes indeed. Why it is like this is beyond me.

The only way I have found to do it is to create web service between IP and
Access. This is non-non-programmer way to do it!

Hmm... OK - I'm not a programmer, so I haven't the faintest idea how to
create a web service (thought I know what they are and what they do!). Any
recommendation on where to start?
