Using a partial path in automated field

When inserting footers in my documents, I would like to include only the
folder name in which the file is contained. As all my documents are
somehwere in the My Documents folder, then I don't need (or want) this
included. So, for example, instead of
C:\Documents and Settings\TGB\My Documents\Personal\Placer\Group1\10102004
Service.doc I would like to see

\Group1\Service.doc.

Can this be done?
