Using a pick list

HI - How can i create a list in a sheet, and then add
multiple items to that list in a cell? For example, I have
a coloumn called 'data items' Some cells in this coloumn
might have up to 20 data itmes, which I want to select
from a list, held in the same sheet (different workbook)

Do you mean same workbook (different worksheet)?

If yes, then maybe data|Validation and a dynamic range (that expands when you
add more items).
