Using A PRF file in the CIW

In order to setup a personal folder as part of out Outlook 2002 build we went
through the CIW one time and set all the user settings such as username,
server name, etc... Then I exported the PRF file, changed the unicode pst to
EncryptionType=0x50000000. Then I ran through the CIW again and at the
Outlook:Customize Default Profile screen i selected Apply PRF and browsed to
the PRF file and set that. Then when i run setup with the transform all
appears to work fine. when a new user comes along to log into the PC and
Outlook is launched, they are prompted to enter username, server name etc. I
assumed this would already have the info since it is listed in the PRF file.
What am i doing wrong?

Did you include account details in the .prf file you exported/imported? Or just the PST settings?
