Using a Product on multiple computers

Hello,

I bought Microsoft outlook for 3 computers. I loaded it on a computer, but
then that computer was exchanged for a better one a week later. When I go to
activate Outlook on the new computer, it says that the key has already been
used that maximum number of times allowed. Is there a way to cancel the
products registration with the first computer, so that it can be used on the
second. Or must we purchase another Key for Outlook.

If you removed Outlook from the old machine, then just use the telephone
activation method.....

Try getting that other computer back and removing Outlook from the system.
