I am having trouble with various installations of Outlook2003 (RPC
over HTTPS) on sending email from a third party application via a
second Profile (different email account but on the same exchange
server as profile 1).
My third party program IS correctly sending the generated mail to the
second profile however, the outgoing mail message stays in the OUTBOX.
The only way to get the email to actually move out of the Outbox and
Send is if the end-user opens Outlook2003 with the second profile.
Strange thing is, this functionality works for about 80% of my users.
I have gone over settings with users that do work vs. non working
users but cannot find any configuration differences.
What would cause Outlook's 2nd Profile not to send autonimously?
