Using a shared or group calendar offline

If there's a way to use a shared/group calendar offline
how would one go about setting this up? I have an Exchange
2000 server and Outlook 2002, the shared calendar works
well when online but I can't seem to get it to work
offline. Any direction would be greatly appreciated.

If it's in a public folder, add that folder to your Public Folders\Favorites. Otherwise, you can't take it offline.

It's not in a public folder. It is in another users
folder. Is it possible to transfer this easily to a public
folder?

Thanks....

Use the By Category or another table view to display all the items, then drag and drop to the new folder.
